Recently, Jianlong successfully won the Yingkou Port-Bayuquan port area shore project. It is reported that Jianlong will supply 17 sets high/ low voltage shore connection systems in 27 berths which involving 27 sets shore connection box. The total design capacity is expected to exceed 40MVA. This is not only Jianlong's one of the largest projects in dozens of  domestic shore power projects, but also large-scale shore projects in China. Abviously, Jianlong shore systems occupy the first market share in China.



        Yingkou port as one of the top ten ports in China for many years. It is the only port not only on "belt" but also on "road"  according to Chinese strategy "The Belt and Road Initiative". It is also China's  largest and nearest traffic port from Manchuria to Russian Siberian.         The construction of Yingkou Port Bayuquan shore project is to implement the  requirements of national energy-saving emission reduction strategy and air pollution control, to achieve the important technology of port energy-saving emission reduction, to help Yingkou Port being "green port" and improve the port competition.

        In the past, ship's engine would't turn off during the time ship reached port in order to ensure the basic operation of the ship and the loading and unloading of goods smoothly. Ship relys on burning heavy oil to supply power, an ocean-going vessels of more than 100,000 tons volumn which could load 12,000 pcs standard containers need consume 350 tons of heavy oil per day, according to the international average of 2.7% of the sulfide calculation, About 19 tons of sulfur oxides released per day, causing serious pollution of the port air.

        In response to port pollution, the world's shore technology industries have become the most effective solutions by the world. Using shore-based power supply to change diesel power generation, directly supply power to the cruise ships, cargo ships, container ships, maintenance ships to reduce the ships' pollution during berthing.



        With the increasingly stringent regulations on the emissions from ships, the use of shore-based systems by ships will become a major development trend in the shipping industry. Ministry of Transport issued the "ship and port pollution control special action implementation plan (2015 ~ 2020)" also identified the ship and port pollution prevention and control special action objectives, 90% of the main port ships, business vessels berthing use shore electricity, 50% of the container, passenger roll and cruise could use shore electricity.
